1. Overview

At Best Green Energy Solution (BGES Lithium), we stand behind the quality of our lithium-ion batteries and energy storage products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process within the conditions outlined below.

All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date. Products returned after this window will not be accepted unless covered under a warranty claim.


2. Eligible Returns

We accept returns for the following reasons:

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video for all orders. This significantly speeds up any DOA or damage claim.


3. Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been installed, used, or modified in any way
  • Items with broken seals, missing packaging, or missing accessories
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper charging, or physical abuse
  • Items returned without prior approval from our support team
  • Custom or specially ordered battery packs
  • Products where the serial number or label has been removed or altered

4. Return Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return:

Contact us — Email info@bgeslithium.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos or video.

Await approval — Our team will review your request within 2 business days and send you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

Pack securely — Pack the item in its original packaging, include all accessories, and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the parcel.

Ship the item — Send the parcel to our address. We recommend using a trackable courier. Share the tracking details with us by email.

Inspection & resolution — Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or replacement within 7–10 business days.

Do not ship any item back without receiving an RMA number from us first. Unauthorised returns may be refused or delayed.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email with the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
  • Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in a condition different from when they were received.

If your refund is delayed beyond 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider first, then reach out to us at info@bgeslithium.com.


6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrectly shipped items only. If you wish to exchange a product for a different model or specification, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The replacement item will be dispatched after the returned product has been received and inspected.
  • Availability of the exchange product is subject to stock at the time of processing.

7. Warranty Claims

BGES Lithium products carry a manufacturer warranty as stated on individual product pages. Warranty claims for defects arising during normal use can be raised even after the 7-day return window.

  • Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, overcharging, water exposure, or physical impact.
  • Raise a warranty claim by emailing info@bgeslithium.com with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue.
  • Our technical team may request photos, videos, or additional information before approving a claim.
  • Approved warranty claims may result in a repair, replacement, or partial refund at our discretion.

8. Damaged in Shipping

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take the following steps immediately:

  • Do not discard the original packaging — it may be required for the courier's damage claim.
  • Photograph the outer packaging and the damaged product clearly.
  • Report the damage to us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bgeslithium.com.
  • We will coordinate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Claims for transit damage raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
